At Shreeji Jewellers, our utmost priority is maintaining the highest standards of purity, authenticity, and trust. Because we deal in 24K (999) pure gold and silver articles, we maintain strict quality control to ensure every customer receives a completely fresh and untouched product.

1. Strictly No Return & No Exchange To guarantee the integrity and purity of our precious metals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once the order has been successfully delivered. This strict policy ensures that you always receive 100% brand-new, certified, and previously unhandled products directly from our secure vault.

2. Tamper-Proof Delivery & Unboxing Video Your order is shipped in highly secure, tamper-proof packaging. For your safety and to claim any transit damage, we strictly require a continuous, uncut unboxing video.

  • If the parcel appears tampered with, torn, or damaged from the outside at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.

  • If you find any damage or defect inside the sealed package, you must share the uncut unboxing video with our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide a fair resolution (such as a replacement) strictly based on the video evidence. Without an uncut unboxing video, no claims will be entertained.

3. Order Cancellations Due to live market fluctuations in gold and silver prices, orders once successfully placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

4. Lifetime Buyback Policy While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we proudly offer a Lifetime Buyback facility for products purchased from us. If you wish to sell your gold or silver piece back to Shreeji Jewellers in the future, we will buy it back at the prevailing market rate of the metal, subject to our standard purity verification and deduction of original making charges, certification costs, and taxes. (Note: Buyback processes are typically handled physically at our Surat store).
