1. Processing and Shipping Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are carefully inspected, securely packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after the payment is successfully verified.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 4 to 5 working days.

  • Please note that business/working days do not include Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may slightly vary depending on your location and unforeseen weather or logistical circumstances.

2. 100% Insured and Secure Delivery Your peace of mind is our priority. Every package dispatched by Shreeji Jewellers is fully insured until it is safely handed over to you. We use trusted, premium courier partners who specialize in handling valuable shipments.

3. Delivery Guidelines & Tamper-Proof Packaging To guarantee the safety of your precious metals:

  • Your items will arrive in specialized, tamper-proof packaging.

  • Important: If you notice that the package is tampered with, torn, or opened at the time of delivery, do not accept the parcel. Please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

  • We highly recommend recording a continuous, uncut unboxing video when you open the package. This is required for any claims regarding transit damage or missing items.

  • For added security, our courier partners may require an OTP (One-Time Password) or a valid ID proof at the time of delivery.

4. Order Tracking As soon as your order is dispatched from our Surat vault, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Shipping Locations Currently, we deliver across India. Ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address with the correct PIN code and a reachable mobile number to avoid any delivery delays.
